The Spec-Line Refrigerator/Freezer Dual Temp Cabinet is a three-section reach-in cabinet that combines a refrigerator and freezer in one convenient storage solution. It features a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, with standard depth for maximum storage capacity. The cabinet has three wide full-height locking doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets, ensuring a secure and easy-to-clean seal.
The cabinet is equipped with microprocessor controls and interior LED lighting for easy operation and visibility. It has a 1/2 HP refrigeration system for the refrigerator compartment and a separate 1/2 HP system for the freezer compartment. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
The R & A Series, which includes this dual temp cabinet, is Traulsen's top-of-the-line product offering. It comes with high-quality features such as stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The R-Series has a stainless steel exterior and interior, while the A-Series has a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior.
The cabinet also offers a wide range of optional accessories and customization options, including additional wire shelves, wine temperature application, re-hinging feature for doors, and various voltage options. It can be used in foodservice, correctional, institutional, export, and other applications.
The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior, louver assembly, and doors, with a galvanized steel top, back, and bottom. The interior and door liners are also stainless steel (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The refrigeration system for one-section models is top-mounted and self-contained, using R-134a and R-404A refrigerants. It includes a front-facing condenser, thermostatic expansion valve, air-cooled hermetic compressor, and non-electric condensate evaporator. Two and three-section models have a similar refrigeration system, with the addition of plenum effect blower coil, high humidity evaporator coil, and a biased return air duct for even temperature maintenance.
