The Star QCS® Conveyor Commercial toaster is an electric toaster that can toast up to 500 slices of bread per hour. It features a horizontal conveyor with analog speed control and a standby switch. The toaster has independent controls for the top and bottom quartz sheathed heater elements. It has a 1-1/2" opening and a 10" wide belt that can accommodate 2 slices of bread side by side. The toaster is made of stainless steel construction with a smooth cool touch exterior. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified and is made in the USA. The toaster comes with several standard features including a heated holding area to keep toast at the perfect temperature, a power saver switch that reduces electricity consumption by 75%, long-lasting heavy-duty metal knobs, and non-skid heavy-duty rubber feet. It also has a hi-limit switch to prevent overheating and an extended conveyor belt for easy loading and a large warming area for higher production. The toaster has a safe load-up area with a full-width coated front burn guard and a cool-to-the-touch exterior. The toaster uses quartz infrared heaters that provide faster and more consistent heating than traditional heating elements. It also has a forced convection toaster system that keeps the toaster cool-to-the-touch and increases productivity by circulating pre-heated air into the toasting chamber. The toaster is available with analog controls or electronic controls. The analog controls allow for variable speed and top/bottom heat control for perfect color and texture of bread, bagels, English muffins, and more. The electronic controls have a large LED display for easier reading of settings. The easy-to-use electronic control panel allows you to adjust temperature and speed control settings for your bread products. It also has a programmable feature to set stand-by in advance, which will automatically reduce power to a set point if the toaster is not in use at the programmed time. The toaster comes pre-programmed from the factory with 4 channel settings for toast, bagels, English muffins, and other products.
