The Holman QCS® Conveyor Commercial toaster is an electric toaster that can toast up to 1000 slices per hour. It features a horizontal conveyor with analog speed control and independent controls for the top and bottom quartz sheathed heater elements. The toaster has a 1-1/2" opening and a 14" wide belt with a loading rack. It is made of stainless steel construction with a smooth cool touch exterior. The toaster is cULus and UL EPH Classified and is proudly made in the USA. Some of the standard features of this toaster include variable speed and top/bottom heat control, a heated holding area to keep toast at the perfect temperature, and a power saver switch that reduces electricity consumption by 75%. It also has a hi-limit switch to prevent overheating and protect critical component parts. The extended conveyor belt allows for easy loading and provides a large warming area for higher production. Safety features of this toaster include a safe load-up area with a full-width coated front burn guard and a cool-to-the-touch exterior. The toaster is equipped with quartz infrared heaters that provide faster and more consistent heating compared to traditional heating elements. It is a long-lasting toaster with heavy-duty metal knobs and 1" non-skid heavy-duty rubber feet. The forced convection system keeps the toaster cool-to-the-touch and increases productivity by circulating pre-heated air into the toasting chamber.
