The Grill Express™ Two-Sided Grill is an electric grill with a 10"W x 10"D cooking surface. It features a fixed lower grill and a hinged upper grill with smooth iron grill plates. The grill has thermostatic control and can accommodate products up to 3" thick. It also has a 0.75" splash guard on the bottom platen to prevent grease spills and a stainless steel front and sides. The grill is cULus and UL EPH Classified certified. Some standard features of the grill include a removable grease trough for easy cleanup, heavy-duty cast iron platens for increased durability, and the ability to operate at temperatures ranging from 175°F to 450°F controlled by a manual thermostat. The grill also comes with a heavy gauge panini grill with water-resistant conduit to protect electrical connections between the top and bottom. Options and accessories for the grill include a panini scraper (part number CG-SC) and a grooved panini spatula (part number CG-S). There is also the option to choose between grooved or smooth platens, with a combination of grooved on the left and smooth on the right available on 20-inch wide models.
