The Star-Max® Commercial Deep Fryer is an electric countertop fryer with a 15 lb. capacity. It features a single stainless steel frypot and twin baskets. The fryer has a snap action thermostat with a hi-limit safety feature and a separate on/off switch. The heavy-duty knobs are durable and the exterior is made of stainless steel. The fryer has 4" legs and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. It is also made in the USA. The fryer has several standard features including easily removable kettles for straining, a safety thermostat to avoid dangerous temperatures, and removable fryer baskets for easy rotation and cleaning. Its compact design allows for maximum cooking while using minimal counter space. The snap-action thermostats provide responsive temperature control from 200°F to 375°F. The immersion-type heating elements provide even heat distribution and swing up for simple maintenance. Extra fry baskets are available as options and accessories.
