The Star-Max® Commercial Deep Fryer is an electric countertop fryer with a 14 lb. capacity. It features a single stainless steel frypot and twin baskets. The fryer has a snap action thermostat with a hi-limit safety feature and a separate on/off switch. The heavy-duty knobs are durable and the exterior is made of stainless steel. The fryer has 3/8" legs and is UL EPH Classified. It is made in the USA. The fryer has several standard features including easily removable kettles for straining, a safety thermostat to avoid dangerous temperatures, and removable fryer baskets for easy rotation and cleaning. Its compact design allows for maximum cooking while using minimal counter space. The snap-action thermostats provide responsive temperature control from 200°F to 375°F. The immersion-type heating elements provide even heat distribution and swing up for simple maintenance. Extra fry baskets are available as options and accessories.
