The TruVection Commercial Convection Oven is a low-profile gas oven designed for professional kitchens. It features a triple-deck design and electronic ignition for easy operation. The oven is equipped with non-clog, high-efficiency Inshot burners and solid-state thermostatic controls, allowing for precise temperature control ranging from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. 
 
 A 60-minute mechanical cook timer ensures accurate cooking times, while oven interior lights provide visibility during the cooking process. The oven also has a "heat" light that cycles with the burner and a forced cool down fan mode for quick cooling after use. 
 
 Each oven includes three plated racks per deck, with five-position rack guides for flexible cooking options. The oven doors are dependent and feature energy-saving glass windows. The heat-keeping dual door seal system helps to maintain the oven's temperature. 
 
 The oven interior is made of fastener-free, coved porcelain for easy cleaning. The stainless steel door handle, sides, front, and top add durability and a sleek appearance. The oven stands on 6-inch legs for stability.
