The fryer is made of stainless steel, both in the fry pot and exterior. It has front legs and rear fixed casters for easy mobility. The fryer has a 110,000 BTU output and is CSA and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of this fryer include a 100% safety shut off, stainless steel tank and cabinet, and a 9" front rail to match a sectional range. It also has adjustable legs in the front and fixed casters in the rear. The fryer has a 1-1/4" full port drain valve to prevent clogging and ensure easy cleaning. It has a quick recovery time to eliminate waiting between loads. The fryer also has a large cold zone to capture food particles and extend oil life. The fryer is equipped with a new Pitco Solstice burner/baffle design, which lowers flue temperature, increases cooking production, improves the working environment, and generates more production per BTU. The fryer is constructed with a stainless steel front and a 16-gauge, type 430 #3 welded tank with an extra smooth finish for easy cleaning. The heat baffles in the fryer are made of long-lasting, high-temperature alloy stainless steel for maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The fryer has a gas control system with a manual shut-off, safety shut-off pilot gas filter, pilot adjustment, and adjustable thermostat.
