The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" width. It features four pyromax burners and standard grates. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and comes with one rack. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has an adjustable height of 6". The range has a total BTU of 205,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. The cooking top is 37" high and has four removable cast iron grate tops.
There are several options and accessories available for the range, such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request. The range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are also available. The range comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose that complies with ANSI Z 21.69.
There are several optional burner configurations available, including 33K non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, and pyromax burners. The range can also be equipped with a griddle top or charbroiler on the left or right side.
The range has a stainless steel exterior finish and comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. It also has a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors that open from the center. The range comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but optional 10" and 5" flue risers are available without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with a full porcelain enamel cavity for easy cleaning and corrosion protection.
