The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and three non-clog burners. The range also includes standard grates, a standing pilot, and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with one rack and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 243,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program. 

The range also has several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off. It comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are also several options and accessories available for the range, including different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is available upon request. The range can also be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various salamander and cheesemelter mounts are available as well. A 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose is also an option.

The range offers several burner options, including 33,000 BTU non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, and Pyromax burners. The Pyromax burners have a BTU rating of 40,000 and come in a group of four. They feature a built-in port protection drip ring and a patented high-output, three-piece, easy clean non-clog design.

Additional options include a griddle top, available in 12, 24, or 36 inches, with manual or thermostatic control and a 1/2-inch thick cold rolled steel griddle plate. A charbroiler is also available in 24 or 36 inches, with removable cast iron grates.
