The countertop unit is equipped with a powerful halogen lamp and offers 7 spit positions that can be adjusted to control the distance from the heat. It also includes a middle drip pan, allowing for the cooking of different products without cross-contamination. With 5 spits and independent motors, these ovens ensure reduced downtime and energy consumption.
To prevent heat loss and ensure faster cooking, energy savings, and worker safety, the ovens are equipped with "K" glass doors. Cleaning is made easy with removable interior panels, and the controlled opening and closing positions of the doors enhance safety. The double interior panels protect the motors and gas lines from grease.
The ovens come with 2 spit movers and 5 prongless anti-cutting spits. They also include a channeled bottom drop pan with a drain plug. With a capacity of 25-30 chickens per hour, these ovens are highly efficient.

The ovens are available in three finishes: all stainless steel with brass or chrome trim, porcelain enamel in a choice of 45 colors with brass or chrome trim, and stainless steel with porcelain enamel or metal front panels in a choice of colors.
