Additionally, the ovens are equipped with 5 spits, each with its own independent motor, reducing downtime and energy consumption. The "K" glass doors prevent heat loss, ensuring faster cooking, energy savings, and worker safety.
Cleaning and safety are made easy with the removable interior panels. The doors have controlled opening and closing positions for convenience. The double interior panels protect the motors and gas lines from grease, ensuring their longevity.
