The FauxFlame rotisserie oven offers three spit positions, allowing for adjustable distance from the heat source. The "K" glass doors prevent heat loss, resulting in faster cooking times, energy savings, and improved worker safety.
With eight spits, each equipped with its own motor and burner/heating element, the FauxFlame rotisserie oven reduces downtime and energy consumption. It also includes a removable interior panel on the motor side for easy cleaning, as well as double interior panels to protect motors and gas lines from grease.
The oven comes with eight prongless anti-cutting V-spits and a channeled bottom drip pan with a drain plug for convenient cleaning. It has a capacity of cooking 32-40 chickens per hour.
