The Crisp 'N Hold™ Crispy Food Station is a floor model fryer dump station with 3 sections and a capacity of 1050 cu. in. It features circulated air heating, a removable product tray, a grease filter, and stainless steel construction. It is UL and ETL certified. Standard features include a bottom shelf, a collection pan that pulls out for cleaning, digital temperature control behind a door, 9" adjustable legs for easier cleaning access, and removable product dividers. It comes with one PCF14 and two PCF18. Optional accessories include 9" casters for mobility. The removable filter traps oils and is dishwasher safe. The food station easily integrates into existing Solstice fryer combinations to provide a comfortable work area or food preparation station. The construction of the food bay is stainless steel, with a heavy-duty 3/16" door hinge. The food grate lifts out for easy cleaning. The front, sides, door, and splash back are all stainless steel. The pan area allows for holding and draining of finished product. The unit is designed to match existing or accompanying Solstice fryers and can be installed on either side or between fryers. A bottom shelf is provided for storage, except when a filter pump or flush hose is located inside the dump station. The heating system provides a constant circulation of warm air to maintain crispy food, serving temperatures, and extend holding time. The Crisp N' Hold Food Station is designed to extend the holding time of fried food by maintaining a constant flow of heated air in and around the product. The air is filtered, re-circulated, and incrementally heated to control moisture accumulation, conserve energy, and keep food warm and crisp.
