The Pitco Frialator PCF-14 Crisp 'N Hold™ Crispy Food Station is an essential tool for any kitchen that frequently fries food and requires a reliable holding capacity to serve fried items quickly. The stainless steel food bay of this Fryer Dump Station is specifically designed to hold and drain fried foods, and it includes a pull-out collection pan for easy cleaning. The holding temperature is controlled by a digital temperature controller, which is protected by a stainless steel door. The temperature can be set up to 190°F and can reach this temperature within 10 minutes. To maintain the crispiness of fried items, this food holding station provides a constant flow of filtered heated air, which efficiently maintains its temperature and eliminates moisture. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, door, and splashback, making it durable and easy to clean. This holding station is available in two voltage configurations: 120v/60/1-ph at 15.1 amps and 240v/60/1-ph at 8.0 amps. It also includes features such as a bottom shelf, removable product dividers, and adjustable legs for easier cleaning. The removable filter traps oils and is dishwasher safe. Additionally, it can be integrated into existing Solstice fryer combinations to provide a comfortable work area or food preparation station. The construction of this food station includes a stainless steel food bay, heavy-duty door hinge, and a removable food grate for easy cleaning. The unit is designed to match existing or accompanying Solstice fryers and can be installed on either side or between them. It also includes a bottom shelf for storage, except when a filter pump or flush hose is located inside the dump station. The heating system of this food station provides a constant circulation of warm air to maintain crispy food, serving temperatures, and extend holding time. The Crisp N' Hold Food Station is ideal for extending the holding time of fried food by maintaining a constant flow of heated air, which is filtered, re-circulated, and incrementally heated to control moisture accumulation, conserve energy, and keep food warm and crisp.
