This cooler can keep 473 cu. ft. of space cool efficiently. To ensure maximum coldness, the walls of this commercial walk-in freezer are made up of panels with an R-value of 32. Each panel is 4" thick and has 26 gauge steel on both sides, protected by a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. The majority of the panel is filled with foamed-in-place insulation. The panels are designed with built-in female and male mating rails for easy alignment during assembly. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners are used to tightly secure the panels together, creating an airtight fit. Continuous panel gaskets are placed around the outer perimeter of the panels, even around the corners. The floor panels are constructed similarly to the wall panels but have a smooth aluminum surface for rust resistance. These floor panels can support a uniform load of up to 800 lbs per square foot. Both the floor and ceiling panels have foamed-in-place edge caps to keep them securely in place throughout the lifespan of the walk-in unit. The stock door that comes with this walk-in unit is 26" wide and features a stepped profile design to prevent airflow. The door is equipped with two cam-lift hinges that can be adjusted to compensate for any sag over time, ensuring smooth opening and closing while maintaining an airtight seal. A spring-loaded door closer is included to ensure the door is always fully closed, reducing operational costs. The door can be ordered with hinges on the left or right side to best suit your needs. It comes with a 4-foot wide panel section that includes a digital thermometer, magnetic stainless steel trim, a replaceable perimeter heating wire, and bright interior LED lighting with an external indicator light.
