The KODF7768-C 6' x 8' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is an excellent choice for businesses that need additional storage for frozen goods but have limited floor space. This outdoor walk-in freezer offers 270 cu. ft. of refrigerated space. The walk-in unit is made up of 4" thick panels. Each panel has a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating on both sides, made of 26 gauge steel. The panels are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to achieve an R-value of 32. Assembling the Kold Locker walk-in is easy, as the panels have female and male rails that mate together. The panels are then tightened with foamed-in-place cam locks to ensure an airtight connection. The corners are sealed with panel gaskets that go around the outer perimeter without any breaks or cuts. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps that will remain in place for the life of the cooler. The door of the walk-in freezer has a stepped profile to prevent airflow and efficiently keep the heat out. The standard door is 26 inches wide, providing easy access to the interior. It comes with two cam-lift and adjustable hinges, allowing for easy adjustments over time. The door also features a spring-assisted door closer to ensure it is always closed properly. The door panel is 4' wide and pre-hung from the factory. It includes a replaceable perimeter heating wire, a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture with a switch and exterior indicator light, a digital thermometer, and magnetic stainless steel trim. The interior is secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. For safety, the interior has a safety release to prevent anyone from being locked inside. The walk-in freezer is kept frozen by the top-mounted RCPF100JC-E-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System, which can maintain a temperature of -10°F with 3220 BTU/hr of cooling. It includes the Enviro-Control system, which efficiently adjusts and maintains the temperature. It can also be used to start a manual defrost cycle or adjust the automatic defrost timer. The walk-in freezer is protected from the elements with a single piece of 35 mill membrane.
