The KODF77610-C 6' x 10' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a solution for storing frozen items in bulk when floor space is limited. This walk-in unit offers 344 cu. ft. of refrigerated space and allows for expansion of sub-zero capacity outside, saving valuable floor space. The walk-in unit is made up of 4" thick panels. Each panel has a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating on 26 gauge steel on both sides. The panels have foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to achieve an R-value of 32. The panels have male and female rails for self-alignment and are tightened together with foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners for an airtight seal. The panel gaskets on the corner panels are continuous without cuts or breaks. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps for secure installation. The walk-in unit comes with a 26" wide door that has a stepped profile to decrease airflow for better energy efficiency. The door can be hinged to the right or left depending on installation needs. The door has cam-lift hinges that are field adjustable for smooth opening and closing. It also has a spring-loaded door closer for proper closure. The door comes pre-installed with magnetic stainless steel trim, a digital thermometer, a replaceable perimeter heating wire, and a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture controlled by a switch. It also includes an NL 9800 deadbolt locking handle for additional security and a safety release to prevent trapping. The interior temperature can be set as low as -10°F. The unit is equipped with the RCPF150JC-E-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System on the roof, which provides 5692 BTU/hr of cooling. The Enviro-Control system monitors and maintains the set temperature and can be used for defrost timer settings. Outdoor models come with metal trim for flashing the membrane roof material to the side of panels. The roof is protected with a 35 mill white membrane roof material that requires no seaming or gluing. Trim is secured with self-drilling and tapping TEK screws.
