The NorLake KLF7746-C 4' x 6' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker walk-in freezer is an ideal solution for businesses that require reliable storage for a large quantity of frozen goods. With 123 cu. ft. of refrigerated space, this commercial walk-in freezer provides ample room for storage. The panels of this walk-in unit are 4" thick and feature a 26 gauge steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. The interior of the panels is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, providing an R-value of 32. The panels easily fit together with male and female ends, ensuring proper alignment, and are secured with foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners. The continuous panel gasket around the exterior perimeter ensures a tight and secure seal. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps, eliminating the need for overlapping or mechanical fasteners. The standard door of this unit is 26" wide and [] high. It is designed with a stepped profile to prevent airflow and increase energy efficiency. The door includes two cam-lift hinges that can be installed on either the right or left side. These hinges are field-adjustable to ensure smooth swinging and an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer prevents the door from being left open. The door panel comes pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture, a switch connected to an external indicator light, a replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. The RCPF075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System maintains a temperature of -10°F inside the freezer. This system produces 2637 BTU/hr of heat rejection. The Enviro-Control™ system is included to efficiently maintain the temperature and allows for setting the defrost timer. An automatic condensate vaporizer eliminates the need for drain lines.
