Each panel is made of 26 gauge corrosion-resistant stucco embossed coated steel on both sides. The panels are designed with male and female rails for easy installation and proper alignment. The foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners ensure an airtight seal, while the continuous panel gasket around the perimeter prevents any breaks or cuts at the corners. The ceiling and floor panels have edge caps that are foamed-in-place, eliminating the need for overlapping or mechanical fastening. The walk-in unit comes with a 26" wide door that has a stepped profile to block airflow. The door is equipped with two adjustable cam-lift hinges for easy adjustment over time. It also features a spring-assisted door closer to ensure it is always closed properly. The pre-hung door includes a 4' wide panel with magnetic stainless steel trim, vapor proof LED lighting with a switch and external indicator light, perimeter heater wire, and a digital thermometer. For security, the walk-in unit is equipped with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature.
