Kold Locker offers a range of indoor walk-in freezers with various standard features. These models are DOE compliant and USDA accepted. They come with a magnetic gasket and a 15-year panel warranty. The freezers are available in cooler or freezer models and can be used indoors or outdoors. The doors are 26" wide and self-closing, with a perimeter door heater wire and a floor double sweep gasket. They also have a spring actuated door closer. The sizes range from 4' x 6' to 10' x 14'. The freezers have two temperature options: +35°F and -10°F. They come with an 18-month parts and labor warranty, as well as a digital thermometer and light switch. The hinges are heavy duty adjustable cam-lift hinges. The freezers are available in three heights: 6'7" and 7'7" with a floor, and 7'4" floorless. The indoor units have an air-cooled condensing unit, while the outdoor units have a refrigeration hood and -20°F ambient controls. The interior floor is made of smooth aluminum, and the floorless models come with NSF listed vinyl sealers. The freezers are listed by Oregon State, City of Houston, and California State. The indoor units have an automatic condensate vaporizer, eliminating the need for a drain line. The refrigeration system, called Capsule Pak, can be ceiling or wall mounted and is ordered separately. The panels are 4" thick and foamed-in-place with EPA-compliant polyurethane insulation. The freezers have a deadbolt locking handle with an independent key/padlock feature and an inside safety release. They also come with a time clock or electronic control for automatic defrost. The surfaces are made of 26 gauge corrosion resistant stucco embossed coated steel, except for the interior floor. The foam cores have NSF and UL flame spread 25 or less, and the door sections have UL and CSA electrical listing. The complete Capsule Pak refrigeration systems are UL and C-UL listed. The freezers have a high output low profile LED light positioned above the door to prevent interference with shelving or product.
