The KLB7788-C 8' x 8' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a walk-in unit that is ideal for operations requiring a large amount of refrigerated space. With a height of 7'7", it offers additional vertical space and a total interior capacity of 372 cu. ft. This walk-in cooler is constructed with 4" thick panels featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to keep the heat outside. Both sides of the panel are made of 26 gauge corrosion-resistant stucco embossed coated steel. Assembly is easy with the overlapping female and male rails on each panel, ensuring a mechanically air-tight design. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners securely lock the panels together, and the corners are protected by a continuous panel gasket. The standard door that comes with this walk-in unit is 26" wide and has a stepped profile to prevent airflow. It is equipped with two adjustable cam-lift hinges and a spring-assisted door closer. The door also includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture, a digital thermometer, a replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. For safety, there is a release inside to prevent lock-ins. The interior temperature is efficiently maintained between 35°F and 38°F by the RCPB075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System in the ceiling. This system produces 6250 BTU/hr of heat rejection and is controlled by the Enviro-Control electronic control system. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included to eliminate the need for drain lines. The Kold Locker walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor have various standard features, including DOE compliance, USDA acceptance, a magnetic gasket, a 15-year panel warranty, and options for cooler or freezer models. They are available in indoor or outdoor models, with sizes ranging from 4' x 6' to 10' x 14'. The coolers come with a 18-month parts and labor warranty, and they are UL and CSA electrical listed.
