The NorLake KLB77610-C Kold Locker is a reliable indoor walk-in unit that can quickly increase your business' refrigerated storage capacity. This walk-in cooler offers a total of 344 cu. ft. of refrigerated space. The panels of this walk-in cooler are made from 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. The space between the panels is filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with an R-Value of 25. Each panel has male and female rails for easy installation and proper alignment. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners ensure an air-tight seal between each panel. The continuous panel gasket provides a secure seal without any breaks or cuts at the corners. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps that are secure and cannot come loose. The stock door is 26" wide and features a stepped profile design to prevent airflow. The standard door kit can be replaced with a 30" wide door kit with a stainless steel kick plate at no additional cost. The door includes two cam-lift hinges that can be installed on either side and are field-adjustable for an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to ensure the door is always closed. The 4-foot wide door panel comes pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture, a replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. The NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature keeps items inside secure. There is also a safety release inside to prevent lock-ins. To maintain a temperature between 35°F and 38°F, this walk-in cooler features the RCPB050JC-S-0-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration system that produces 4060 BTU/hr. The Enviro-Control electronic controller system sets the temperature and defrost timer. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included to eliminate the need for a drain line.
