The Impingement PLUS Conveyor Oven is a double deck electric oven with a 40-1/2" long cooking chamber and a 32" width x 76-1/2" length belt per deck. It features a touch screen control and includes top, legs, casters, and base. The oven is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and interior. It is cETLus Listed, ETL-Sanitation, and CE certified. The Middleby Marshall PS Series commercial conveyor ovens use patented vertical columns of hot air to bake faster and at a lower temperature than other ovens. This aerodynamic heat movement removes cool heavy air layers, resulting in rapid baking without burning the product. The PS640 WOW!TM ovens are specifically designed to cook pizza 30% faster than other conveyor ovens. Standard features of the oven include a 40-1/2" long cooking chamber, Impingement PLUS! low oven profile, dual air return, a 33-1/2" wide and 76-1/2" long conveyor belt, and the patented EMS energy Management System that reduces energy consumption and increases cooking efficiency. Optional features include a 4" Exit Tray, Hearth Bake Belt for a deck oven crust, and a split belt with two 15" belts with individually adjustable speed settings. The oven's advanced technology air delivery system allows for up to 30% faster baking than standard conveyor ovens. It also features an Energy Management System (EMS) that automatically reduces energy consumption. The Touch Screen Control can be programmed in one energy saving mode, and the automatic "energy eye" saves energy when no pizzas are in the oven. The PS640 oven is designed for easy cleaning, with removable parts such as crumb pans, end panels, air fingers, and a folding conveyor belt assembly.
