The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru doors. It features one glass door and one solid door, universal wire slides, and has a capacity for either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet has top-mounted controls for easier access and better readability. It is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity. It also has a low-temp alarm and a low-water alarm for safety. The controller has a recall and memory feature, allowing users to view settings at the touch of a button.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum and can be a reach-in or pass-thru design. The doors are lift-off and field reversible.
Optional accessories include casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, different door latches, drain hose adapter, stainless steel legs, and different types of slide pairs and plugs.
The cabinet doors are fully insulated and made of solid or tempered glass. It has built-in polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, cabinet-mounted gaskets, self-closing and lift-off hinges, a non-marking polymer bumper and drip trough combination, and chrome plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls show the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity, and the cabinet is made of stainless steel or aluminum.
The cabinet has four casters with neoprene wheels, a humidity generation system with a heating element and water reservoir, and a heat generation system with a thermostatically controlled heating element and blower motor. It also has a low temperature alarm enable/disable feature.
