It features lip load slides and has a capacity to hold (35) 18" x 26" pans with 3" OC spacing. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH power with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
