The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with insulated solid Dutch doors. It has universal wire slides and can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans or 34 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet features top-mounted controls for easier access and cleaning. It is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. The temperature priority feature ensures that the cabinet holds food at the desired temperature for food safety. The intuitive 9 Series solid state controller provides continuous monitoring and control of both temperature and humidity, resulting in better food quality. The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times, precise humidity control, and intelligent power distribution for maximum efficiency. It also has a low water sensor and low temperature alarm for safety.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays actual cabinet temperature and humidity. It also has a low-temp alarm, recall and memory functions, and a low-water alarm.
Optional accessories include casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latches, drain hose adapter, legs, bumpers, and different types of plugs and slides.
The cabinet doors are fully insulated and can be solid or clear. The handles are made of polymer. The cabinet has full perimeter insulation, high temperature gaskets, self-closing hinges, a bumper and drip trough combination, and chrome plated latches. The display and controls show actual cabinet temperature and humidity, and the cabinet is made of stainless steel or aluminum. The casters have neoprene wheels and swivel with brakes.
The cabinet has a humidity generation system with a heating element and water reservoir, and a heat generation system with a thermostatically controlled heating element and blower motor. The input for the cabinet is 120v/60/1-PH.
