It features clear double panel tempered glass Dutch doors and universal wire slides. The cabinet has a capacity of (17) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. It is equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-PH power, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The controller also has recall and memory functions, allowing users to view settings at the touch of a button. It has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.
The cabinet offers various configurations, including full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, and under counter. It is available with different door options, including full-length solid, full-length clear, Dutch solid, and Dutch clear. The doors are lift-off and field reversible.
