It has universal wire slides that can hold up to 18" x 26" or 34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
