The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru doors. It features one solid door and one glass door, with lip load slides and a capacity of 35 18" x 26" pans spaced 3" apart. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
