The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru doors. It features one glass door and one solid door, universal wire slides, and has a capacity for either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH, 2000 watts, and 16 amps.
