The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of stainless steel. It features a clear double panel tempered glass door and universal wire slides. The cabinet has a capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. It is equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-PH, with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The C5 9 Series controller prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation to ensure the cabinet holds food at the desired temperature for food safety. The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times, precise humidity control, and intelligent power distribution for maximum efficiency. It also has a low water sensor and low temperature alarm for safety.
The 9 Series controller is intuitive and easy to use, with temperature and humidity displays, low-temp alarm, and recall & memory functions. It also has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed.
The cabinet offers various configurations, sizes, and door options. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum and is available in full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, and under counter sizes. The doors can be full length solid, full length clear, Dutch solid, or Dutch clear, and are lift-off and field reversible.
Optional accessories include 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, factory left hand hinging, flush door latch, drain hose adapter, 6" stainless steel legs, 5" rear rigid casters, full perimeter bumper, key locking door latch, twist locking door latch, straight plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), universal slide pairs (chrome or stainless), twist lock plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and factory same-side pass-thru door hinging. Stainless steel universal slide upgrades are also available for different cabinet heights.
