The cabinet has universal wire slides and can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans or 34 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH and has a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet is equipped with top-mounted controls for easier access and better readability. The cabinet doors are fully insulated and double-panel construction. The solid doors are made of stainless steel, while the clear doors are made of double-pane tempered glass. The latches are chrome plated and have a magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. The cabinet has an actual temperature and relative humidity display with individual control dials for each.
