The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of stainless steel. It features clear double panel tempered glass Dutch doors and universal wire slides. The cabinet has a capacity of (17) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. It is equipped with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-PH, with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum, with options for full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, and under counter sizes. The doors can be solid or clear, and are lift-off and field reversible.
