The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile unit with a 3/4 height design. It features a clear double panel tempered glass door and universal wire slides. The cabinet has a capacity to hold either 13 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and comes with 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified.

It also includes a low water sensor and low temperature alarm for safety.
The C5 9 Series cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity. It also has a low-temp alarm, recall and memory functions, and a low-water alarm.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, different door latch types, drain hose adapter, stainless steel legs, and different types of slide pairs. The cabinet doors are fully insulated and made of solid or clear double-pane tempered glass. The cabinet is equipped with polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, Santoprene gaskets, self-closing hinges, a bumper/drip trough combination, chrome plated latches, and display and control dials for temperature and humidity. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and comes with casters, a humidity generation system, and a heat generation system.
