The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles to maximize holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Additional options and accessories for the C5™ 3 Series include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pair.
