The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a pass-thru design. It is insulated and has a lip load capacity for 17 18" x 26" pans. The cabinet features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door. The top-mounted digital control allows for easy access and readability. The thermostat has a temperature range of 70°F to 200°F and includes a low-temperature alarm and memory recall function. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet include NAFEM Data Protocol capability, passive humidity system, ENERGY STAR rating for certain models, reliability and durability, top-mounted controls for easy access and cleaning, and an intuitive 8 Series solid state controller for accurate temperature control. The cabinet also has a rapid heat-up and recovery time with a digitally controlled ducted heating system.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door options. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. Optional accessories include casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, different door latch options, stainless steel legs, bumpers, drip trough, and various plug and slide options.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, a maximum temperature of 200°F, 2.5" thick insulation, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double hinged doors, intelligent cabinet temperature control with digital display, chrome plated magnetic pull latch, and Type 304 stainless steel or aluminum construction. The doors are fully insulated with double-panel construction or double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating. The cabinet also includes universal wire slides and casters with neoprene wheels. The heat generation system is thermostatically controlled with a heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system.
