It has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can maintain temperatures from 70°F to 200°F with 3" spacing. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The C5 controller is NDP capable and the cabinet has a passive humidity system to improve food quality. Certain models of the cabinet are ENERGY STAR rated. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction.
