It has universal wire slides that can hold either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to the cabinet environment.
