The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a pass-thru design. It is insulated and features one double-pane tempered glass door and one solid door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that allows for temperature adjustment from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a lip load capacity of 36 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and features an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring of the cabinet temperature. The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types, including solid and clear doors.
Optional accessories include casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, different door latch types, stainless steel legs, bumper and drip trough, full perimeter bumper, key locking door latch, twist locking door latch, different plug types, and universal slide upgrades.
The cabinet handles are built-in polymer handles, and it has full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. The cabinet has self-closing, lift-off, double-hinged hinges with long-life nylon bearings and a chrome-plated magnetic pull latch. The display and controls include an analog cabinet thermometer and an independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has fully insulated doors with double-panel construction. The casters are nickel-plated with neoprene wheels, and the Under Counter models have 3" rubber casters.
