The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It features insulated solid Dutch doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet has several standard features, including a rapid heat-up and recovery time, an integral water pan system for adding humidity, top-mounted controls for easy access and cleaning, and a reliable and durable construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated.
The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control and has an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring of the cabinet temperature. The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types.
There are also several options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, different door latch types, and different plug types. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different height models.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, a maximum temperature of 200°F, and 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass insulation. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double-hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, and chrome-plated magnetic pull latches. The cabinet has an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, a ball bearing blower motor, and a ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has either a polished or brushed exterior. The doors are fully insulated solid doors or double-pane tempered glass doors. The casters are 5" donut neoprene wheels with double ball bearing swivels, and the Under Counter models have 3" rubber casters.
