The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features solid Dutch doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has a lip load capacity of 34 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" spacing. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is UL, CUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
