The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and features one Dutch double-pane tempered glass door and one Dutch solid door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that allows for temperature adjustment from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a ducted heating system for rapid heat-up and recovery times. It can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The cabinet also has several standard features, including a passive humidity system, top-mounted controls for easier access and cleaning, and a reliable and durable construction. It is ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency. The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and has an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring. The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. There are also several options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, different door latch types, and different plug types. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different cabinet heights. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, a maximum temperature of 200°F, and 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass insulation. It has self-closing, lift-off double-hinged hinges with long-life nylon bearings and a chrome-plated magnetic pull latch. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and an independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled heating element, a ball bearing blower motor, and a ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has fully insulated solid or clear doors. The casters are nickel-plated with neoprene wheels and two of them have brakes.
