The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has solid doors. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides that can hold either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet features a rapid heat-up and recovery time thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access. The cabinet handles are built-in polymer handles, and the insulation is full perimeter, 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass. The gaskets are high temperature, cabinet mounted, Santoprene gaskets. The hinges are self-closing, lift-off, double hinged, with long-life nylon bearings. The latches are chrome plated, high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release. The display and controls include an analog cabinet thermometer with an independent thermostat control knob.
