The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and features one Dutch double-pane tempered glass door and one Dutch solid door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that allows for temperature adjustment from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides that can hold either 17 18" x 26" pans or 32 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a wattage of 2000 and an amperage of 16.7. It is cULus and NSF certified.
