The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has a lip load capacity of 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" with 1-1/2" spacing. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is built with high-quality components and robust construction for reliability and durability. It is also ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency. The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and has an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring. The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types. The cabinet handles are made of polymer and it has full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. The cabinet has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing lift-off double-hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, and chrome-plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of 20-gauge polished exterior stainless steel or .063" brushed aluminum with a natural interior. The doors are fully insulated solid or double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating. The casters are 5" donut neoprene wheels with double ball bearing swivel and nickel-plated axle, with two of them having brakes. Under Counter models have 3" rubber casters.
