The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features solid doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is built to be reliable and durable, with high-quality components and robust construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency.
The 6 Series controller allows for easy temperature control with a dial. The cabinet temperature is displayed on an always-on analog thermometer, which is ideal for transport applications. The thermometer measures and displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum, and can be a full height, 3/4 height, 1/2 height, or under counter model. It can have solid doors, clear doors, or Dutch doors, which are lift-off and field reversible.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, different door latches, and different plug types. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different height models.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter, 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation. It has high-temperature, cabinet-mounted Santoprene gaskets and self-closing, lift-off, double-hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings. The doors are either fully insulated solid doors
