The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with full height and insulated Dutch solid doors. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers and can hold up to 32 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is made of stainless steel and operates on 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. The cabinet is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified. The standard features of this cabinet include a stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and durability. It is designed for reliability and has high-quality components for long-term use. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access and clean. The forced convection design circulates hot air for consistent temperature. The cabinet is insulated with Insulation Armour™ Plus, which provides improved energy efficiency and durability. There are also various options and accessories available for this cabinet, such as 6" casters, small item shelf, travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, straight plug, 6" stainless steel legs, twist lock plug, and different types of universal slide pairs. The specifications of this cabinet include high temperature door gaskets, stainless steel door hinges, chrome plated door latch, stainless steel cabinet material, thermostatically controlled heating element, plate mounted casters, and insulation with HDPE polymer panels and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors of this cabinet are made of stainless steel and are insulated and welded. They are field reversible and can swing 180°. The solid doors are fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation, while the clear doors are double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating.
