The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with full height and insulated Dutch solid doors. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility and is made of stainless steel. The cabinet operates on 120V/60/1 power with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

The doors of this cabinet are made of stainless steel and are insulated and welded. They are field reversible with a 180° swing. The solid doors are fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation, while the clear doors are double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating and argon filling.
