The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Red Insulation Armour™. It features a clear polycarbonate door, a removable bottom mount control module, and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has a capacity to hold up to 35 pans measuring 18" x 26" and is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also provides the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long lifespan. It offers fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request.
The C5™ 3 Series offers the choice between solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The cabinet comes with three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Universal Slide Pair (Chrome).
